Michael Jackson

1958 – 2009

By Bug

Two weeks ago Michael Jackson made requests for his comeback concert – he wanted a choir full of sign language children from a variety of ethnic backgrounds for his concerts in London next month. Michael Jackson wanted every child to know sign language and they should be in the age of 5 to 13 years. His request was sent to casting agents on behalf of promoters AEG Live, who were organising his 50 concerts

Michael Jackson died yesterday at 2:26 p.m. at UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles. He was 50 years old. It’s more likely to cancel his sign language children choir because of his death.

His brother Jermaine told everyone at a press conference at the hospital, that he believed that Michael Jackson has died from a suspected cardiac arrest in his home. ” However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known, ” he said.

At 12:21 p.m. Los Angeles Fire Deptartment received a 911 call from Jackson’s home at the Holmy Hills neighbourhood. The emergency responders were sent to his home. It took them 3 mintues and 17 seconds to reach the property.

After their arrival, they found Jackson in full cardiac arrest and his personal doctor administering CPR. Together they spent 42 mintues trying to save Jackson’s life before taking him to the nearby hosptial.

A emergncy team rushed King of Pop Michael Jackson to the hospital and his arrival time was 1:14pm. The doctors battled for one hour to save Jackson’s life but no luck. They announced that Michael Jackson died at 2:44 p.m.

The US entertainment website TMZ.com was first to report that Jackson had been rushed to hospital. At 2:44 p.m., TMZ.com broke the news to inform that Jackson died. Million fan sparked an internet meltdown which caused Google to crash.

Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine requested the media to respect their privacy during this tough time.

There was a rumor that Michael Jackson knew sign language a little bit. Some people said that Jackson flashed “I Love You” signs. Fookem and Bug team were searching for the information about his “I Love You” handshape. However there is no evidence of his signed message,

In April 2000 Michael Jackson recorded a song for Sony called ” Seeing Voices.” The song is about “signing”, the communication language of the deaf. It features Sidney Fine’s music andlyrics and Ray Charles’ choir.

Thriller is the 6th studio album by American recording artist Michael Jackson and the best-selling album of all time. Michael’s many fans love Thriller. Some of them made the video of themselves singing his son. This video interpreted in American Sign Language.

This is a total shock for everyone. I know he had some personal issues and accusations, but I will always remember him for his awsome music and videos that he has done.
All day today (Friday) I have been watching the news and videos they have shown of his death and his life and music.
his children are left without a father hopefully they will be ok..

would like to add to the article if you dont mind BUG… news reported they are investigating his death. they are looking for the doctor that was living with him and who made the 911 call to question him..
just the night before his death he was rehearsing for an upcoming concert at Staple Center so this is kind of puzzleing that he passed the next day.

RIP Michael Jackson you will be missed and remembered for your wonderful music and talent..

It seemed that everyone’s making big deal about MJ and forgot about Iranian protest completely. There are a lot more people died and we should think about them, not just MJ.

Hey Anonymous! Iran never like us. They wanted us to die. The US should not give 2 cents for the issues facing iran and their internal strife. They will never be our friend. They’ve never done a thing for the US. Michael Jackson was an important singer. Most of his songs touched so many people in the world.I suggest you to listen to his song, ” Heal the World”. Why don’t you take his song to Iran by yourself?

Anonymou , have you forgotten if you have been in here before to leave comments that this website is about deaf culture . Michael Jackson had a heart for deaf people and he himself wanted to learn sign.

there is another song that touched me years ago called “WE ARE THE CHILDREN ” it actually made me cry you should look up this song maybe watch the video of it as well..
we all know there are many other people who have died and there are other websites that have posted articles about them.
I can say thins rest in peace those who died in the military those who died that are innocent and famaous people like Ed Mcmahan and Farrah Fawcett..

    @MJ’s Fan

You don’t seem to know a lot about mideast countries. It doesnt mean ALL Iranians don’t like us. There are some who desire for freedom and there are Iranian-Americans living in USA. Iranian government suppressed the protest and we still have no idea if the election is actually rigged or not but the point is the government is using police and military to beat up, detain, or kill the protesters. So, it does mean that Iranians hate us or something. It’s the government that’s the real problem.

Okay, I kind of go off the point here. I’m just venting that I’m sick of media talking about Michael Jackson for two days straight and there is no new updates other than MJ. Also, it’s bad enough that the spotlight on MJ’s death drowned the news of Charlie’s Angels Farrah Fawcett and the Iranian protest.

I’m not fan of Michael Jackson but it is certainly cool that he want to bring up sign language concert and also I know that he made a lot of famous songs in the past. I’m just saying.

I have never been a big MJ fan,, but I wanted to jump in,, MJ and Lionel Richie wrote the song together WE ARE THE WORLD, it was sung by quite a few big name singers in 1985, if U do not believe me check this video out.. it has subtitles :

First off please folks remember one thing MJ was not a GOD.. he was a human being like all of us.. he had weaknesses and strengths as well just like we do.
Let the man “rest in peace”

IF ONLY I CAN HEAR, I would enjoy his music for SURE!!!!!!
I always became fascinated with his dance movement and always enjoyed his movies. He will always remain in my heart.
Best luck for the sake of his children especially and his family. I love his brothers and hope that they can carry the legend.

That would’ve been a real innovation as Michael was an extremely influential singer and this would’ve set off a renaissance of ASL and its fellow sign languages. Alas for his death. 😦
