In addition, there are and were 70 amateur and professional deaf magicians in the U.S. from the 19th to 21st centuries. Also, there are approximately 300 deaf conjurers around the world. Who says there is not a single deaf magician! They are able to perform their amazing magic shows on stage without hearing. A famous hearing magician-writer wrote that he was delighted to see that deaf magicians are now finally mentioned in the history of magic. Therefore, any deaf female or male individual can become a magician in spite of not hearing!
