Two Former Viable Employees Plead Guilty

According to information contained in the plea documents, Mowl and Tropp admitted that their role in defrauding the FCC’s VRS program led to a total of between $2.5 million and $7 million in fraudulent billing to the program. At sentencing, both Mowl and Tropp face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, as well as mandatory restitution and forfeiture. Who’s next? John Yeh, Joseph Yeh? Will they plead guilty before the stand trial on the charges in the indictment on May 24, 2010?

Well, at his indictment, Yeh pleaded “Not Guilty” so let’s see how long he hangs on to that.
Feel sorry for them? No, they know better than that.
Actually, These agencies did twist our deaf community and I really disappointed these agencies were caught by FCC and detective which it has already damaged reputation. It is not alone with Viable Company.
Hurt deaf employee are not hire outside by hearing and now looking at deaf community became crumble and twisted by these co worker did on purpose with FCC. They know better and should not tell another VRS agencies as such as Purple and other Hawk companies by deaf owner, etc

So I guess who ever has paid for the VIABLE products and awaiting them, are basically screwed.. feel sorry for them, nope not at all.. they are BIG BOYS ..they knew what they were doing..obviously Yeh is still trying to cover his ass with NOT GUILTY ..he knew damn well what he was doing,,,he may just get another charge against hi,perjury?
Ok who is next ??? Purple?? Z??? are they under the microscope too ????????? If this keeps up the deaf will end up going back to TTY’S/PAGERS/ NO MORE VRS.. apparently there are too many greedy people out there.
Stoope, I understand your anger but the VRS industry will not go away because the FCC themselves said VRS is too vital and important to the deaf community and they will not allow a few abusers ruin it.
