Russian police beating deaf people in casino caught on tape

Watch this video really closely and see the Russian cop walking into a casino and beats them up. You will notice their sign language, gestures, and body language. Are these men Deaf? Possible! One of these men shows him a card he carries in his wallet. Did his card tell him that he is Deaf? Did Russian cop knows that they are Deaf? It seems that police increasingly see themselves as soldiers in a war zone and behave with an arrogant, bulling attitude toward the xitizenry even in clearly non-dangerous situations. I don’t have any information about the incident.

Yep, these are Deaf people. Russian police beat them up cuz they do not want deaf people play casino? Maybe they know government give money to deaf and spend on casino, police did not like that or maybe government told em to get rid of Deaf people from casino. Dunno. But wow, those beat up!
I have second thought, those police doesn’t look like Russian, more like Italian police. Maybe am wrong.
It is a good time to sue Russia for that. It is a solid evidence how they treat deaf people! The guys can SUE! Putin needs to be educated – he acts like he owns Russia! F**K him and his cronies!
That is terrible! It is not uncommon among Deaf people that get a lot of beating by cops.

I clicked on the video itself and it took me to the actual YouTube video page.
It says these guys were suspected of cheating.
Not everything on YouTube is believable as described.
If they were suspected of cheating, the policemen have no rights to beat them period. Hope the guys take the policemen to the court and the policemen get some punishment for doing this stupid incident.
I saw that video before it was about two year ago. it probably rerun video from deafread blog I saw .. I dont remember who was blog and mentioned . I don’t know if they lawsuit against Russian Police.
All of foreign police doesn’t familiar about Deaf issues! Unfortunately for these innocent deaf men.

It makes me sick to see the vlog where Russian Cops assaulted deaf people. Why they do that to deafies who are innocent because they are barried communication and being discrimination by Russian Cops. I feel like to slap the Russian cops and tell them to leave deafies alone! GRRRRR
Sadly it is not just in Russia but all over the world,we read about American cops tassering deaf ..shooting deaf..etc..it has happened here in Holland, but the guy who got “hog tied” by the cops was wacked out on drugs, so there usually ( i use the term loosely) is a reason behind alot of these attacks, I am not saying the cops were in the “right” but some times deaf, like hearing entice the attacks,playing the deaf card, does not always GET THEM OUT OF JAIL or allow them to get away with whatever brought on the attack, we do not know all the facts, but if the guy was indeed cheating in the casino ( we all know there are video cameras every where in almost every casino to keep an eye out for that, unfortunately for the deaf guy he was CAUGHT on cam??)
BTW.. lawsuits in some foreign countries are not allowed..discrimination or otherwise, they would have to spend years in court to prove the attack was unprovoked.. then again in Russia, it is still a socialist country:-(

hey, if the russian cops or if look like italian cops so they must leave on job at the police deptartment for beating up a it is law for them beating up on deaf people, to be open oin investiages on the cops then they will lose job as cops cuz it is the civil rights for the disbalities.. the deaf people will win the case so the cops will pay them for injuries and more! tell the governor that the police dept must learn sign languages if the police dept liked it so thjey will lose job as they must look at paper like deaf people have paper like document or another that if they’re deaf students or anothers! we all the statess of deaf people must support.
I think it is wrong to hit deaf did not do any wrong. What wrong with police like to meant deaf? Not very nice to Deafie.

I was visiting the police abuse website other day and somehow this video caught my attention because of their “Deaf Behavior” so it said it happened in Russia I don’t think many of viewers would notice them as Deaf people. I have my best friend who live in Moscow Russia for 7 years and They told me about Russian culture is really very tough and the cops did beat up at Russian Deaf people without any reason for catch them and Russian cop called Russian deaf people are ugly animals. because the Russian Government has not any law for special who live deaf people culture.

many police dont care about deaf providing those cards to show that they are deaf..
althogh showing those cards doesnt mean the deaf person is trying to be safe from going to jail,but to better communicate with the police or fire dept..

I was not sure if there was AUDIO on this video clip, I asked my hubby to listen, he said there was no sound ,,so he was not able to tell us weither or not the “cops” were Russians or Italians..
what a (beep)ing russian cop they are?!? Russian cops have no respect and no feeling toward deaf people. Beat up on the deaf guy without remote feeling? Cop see the deaf around here, cop should back off. I have no idea what’s going on between cop and deaf at the casino. I don’t know if cop has bad day or bad swing mood?? I hope cop could be fired.
I saw a russian security guard beat up a young guy at the airport in Moscow. He didn’t do anything, it was the older guy next to him who was raising a big complaint about the airplane delay and demanding hotel and food for all of us.
The crowd shut up immediately, so did the loudmouth, and then the airline agent started screaming back now the crowd was quiet and not about to riot.
This behavior looks very like what I saw. I believe it is a Russian security guard (or casino police.) It isn’t just deaf for sure. They will do it to foreigners and anybody else who seems to be causing problems. That is their idea of crowd control.

I am shocked. Deaf men knows better to get something level with the government- just a write to NATO president for these evidence video how Russians police has been beat deaf people in Russia. Or, write the petition of the People of Russian to make power for protect deaf people from beaten.
I won’t come over to Russian for any on vacation unless they are indeed biggest improvement with the Russian Department.

Hello. On video really Russian police. I can confirm it with confidence as has learnt them under the form. And itself I live in suburb of Moscow.
As I wish to add those people were not deaf persons, it considerably get accustomed better.
And not all police such, is among them and normal people. But to those guys has not carried, before them there were ugly creatures.
The Russian police to share on two parts, criminal police and administrative police.
Criminal police are professionals of the business, and to behave they so will not be. What to work in criminal police the higher education, excellent physical preparation and healthy mentality would be necessary.
And in administrative take all who wants, even the former prisoners. Here it is visible on a film one of such ugly creatures.
I cannot beleive that Russia cops or security men really abused this Deaf men on video that it is very shame on Russia’s system. I think Russia’s all Govenments, Social Workers, Cops, Security men should go back to Education Schools again. I went to Vladivostok,Russia in 2010 of June.
I saw not many military police in Vladivostok, Russia. Mostly military police are very young and quiet.
I agree that military police in Russia are bad and not protect the citizen. Law needs to change and violation law gains helping stop the cops to attack unprotected citizen.
Military cops are hard head and drink whiskey and smoke cigarettes all the time. They violated many laws in Russia.
