I went to Paris, France last year and met deaf people there. I was using sign Paris as Eiffel Tower, they said DON’T use that sign! That’s too “touristy”. The sign for Paris is “P” and use a circuliar motiont on left palm.It is similiar sign to center and middle except with sign a “P”.
Awesome stuff! While I realize Phoenix and Tucson are hotbeds for deaf seniors I know Las Vegas has potential to expand its population of deaf seniors and other deaf populations including younger ones. There’s only so much, much and much more to Las Vegas and rest of Nevada than what people tend to think: gambling and some unmentionable stuff. Statistics shows that only 2% of gambling within the United States occurs in Nevada.
Jim L. Thank you for your sharing of L.V. for deaf s.c. of 2009 on videotapes.. Nice place and everything ! We will expect to go to Chicago in 2011.. See you there, we hope.. Greetings, the Kanes..
