Hitler rehearsed his gestures and everything very carefully in his early days of politics. He was a complete fake.
Most of the Nazi leaders were total fakes. One time when a filmmaker was making a documentary and some film was damaged, the Nazi leaders were asked to re-do some scenes from their speeches. They re-created the scenes of their speeches perfectly, with all the emotions, as if they were worshipping Hitler, like professional actors.
