What has the world come to when you have to be careful about saying “hearing impaired” in a cartoon…what do you want, earfully challenged? Lame.
Not everyone that has a hearing impairment is deaf, lots of people have a partial loss or just can’t hear some pitches. Deafness is specific and hearing impairment is more broad.
